01WHAT THE APP COLLECTS ABOUT YOU

The Out Lap has no accounts and asks for nothing about you. Your chosen driver, your quiz answers and your settings live on your device and nowhere else.

02PURCHASES

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. The app uses Superwall to present its paywall and receive purchase events; no name, email or payment details reach us. Apple's own privacy terms govern the transaction.

03WHAT THE APP FETCHES

The app downloads motorsport timing data and 3D session packs from our own servers. Those requests carry the technical minimum any web request does - an IP address - and nothing else. We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking in the app.

04THIS WEBSITE

This site is static and sets no cookies. It is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure logs requests the way any host does.
